Clean around the damaged area. For small holes, apply a thick film (1.5mm) of glue over the damaged surface plus an extra 10mm around it and leave to cure. After it has cured, remove the tape and apply another thick film of glue on the underside. Always glue up to 10mm beyond the edges of the hole. Leave for 24 hours for a full cure.
